REDUCE ANXIETY & STRESS
Modern life is hectic and often stressful with social media and computer technology contributing to greater degrees of stress and anxiety. Lifestyle choices and excessive alcohol consumption can make the problem worse. I work with older teenagers or young adults to help reduce stress and anxiety and give them the confidence to make better choices and provide techniques for coping with life’s difficulties.
